Your Seaside Escape Awaits

Had an amazing MDW stay at Oceana by the Sea! The hotel was great from check-in to checkout, the rates were incredibly reasonable for a holiday weekend at the Jersey shore, and the rooms were clean and updated. The location was also perfect, just minutes from the beach, boardwalk, and great restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again!

What a great find! Beds were comfortable, VERY clean and even had cute ambiance! Stayed with my husband and two toddlers and they were very accommodating. We will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful stay at Oceana by the Sea. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located, with a relaxed coastal atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and the staff was friendly, and helpful throughout the stay. The location really makes the experience feel special, whether you’re enjoying the beach just one short block away, or simply relaxing at the beautifully maintained pool. Overall, Oceana by the Sea is a great destination and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and charming stay on the Jersey Shore.

Stayed with 3 other friends at Oceana By the Sea for MDW in one of the double bed rooms and everything was a 10/10. We all fit comfortably and the rooms were clean as well as recently updated/renovated. You can tell they put a lot of detail and care into the aesthetic of the rooms. The lobby has a merch shop along with some mini fridges you can purchase drinks from as well as some snacks which was nice. The hotel is also conveniently located to the boardwalk, beach, as well as bars and restaurants so it was easy to get around. Will definitely be coming back when looking for a weekend down at the Shore.

This place is quite the gem only one block from a private Point Pleasant beach and quick walk to the boardwalk. The owners Bob and Jackie treat every guest like family and our family loved our stay there. We even left behind a makeup bag which Jackie kindly mailed back to us in NYC. They even provide beach tags and top notch beach chairs to all their guests. Highly recommend Oceana to anyone looking for a great stay in the heart of Point Pleasant! We will be back soon!!

The hotel was outstanding as it was newly renovated. Super clean, extremely friendly staff and a great location. We met the owner in the lobby which was nice to see. He was very helpful with the area and restaurants. We will definitely stay there again when we are back in town.
